Mission: To continue to improve the east bluff neighborhood by providing resident support services through innovative programs to promote safety, security, upkeep, maintenance, rehabilitation, restoration and revitalization to increase the quality of life and the economic health and value of the east bluff neighborhood in peoria.
Programs: Home ownership/ health safety loan program borrowers are owner occupants living in the ebnhs ssd service area. These loans are used for safety issues, sanitary issues, water heater failure, flood, electrical issues, required health hazard abatements, etc.
home investments program the community core initiative protects and enhances the investment of the attorney general grant and spur even more investment in the east bluff neighborhood. This program is designed to transform the neighborhood properties to be of more quality.
residential services this program services everyone in the east bluff neighborhood and helps the people within the community with things such as applications, being compliant, and referrals.
