Is a nonprofit organization, whose mission is to assist its member organizations (collaborators) in pursuit of their individual agency missions, enhance and develop clinical and business tools, provide electronic healthcare records, and to continue to foster a collaborative and trusting relationship among its member organizations.
Programs: Delaware health net, inc. Collaborates where possible to realize cost savings; share expertise; establish consistency in the scope and quality of services provided to collaborate patients by focusing on the integration and standardization of clinical services, and information systems; assure viability of collaborators to maintain and expand access to primary health care services to the medically underserved through development of technical resources; and build upon significant and long-standing vertical and horizontal relationships existing among collaborators.
