Mission: Provides diagnostic testing to identify bleeding and clotting disorders on a discounted or, in the case of indigent patients, no cost basis so that appropriate and necessary care is identified for persons with bleeding and clotting disorders on an accurate and timely basis regardless of ability to pay. Serves as a reference laboratory for regional laboratories and promotes research and education concerning hemostasis and thrombosis.
