I have been observing the impact that this group has had on our society for years now and I know how important it is what they do. Too many of the public are not aware of the rights they have or think that they have right that they really dont.

I have volunteered with CCHR before. I really respect and admire their mission and vision. I think it serves a vital function in overseeing an industry more interested in controlling a population of repeat customers rather than freeing it of the maladies it claims to address.

The church of scientology's own organizational flow charts show CCHR as a branch of the organization.
There is video footage of the head of CofS David Miscavige speaking at events describing CCHR as being part of scientology.

CCHR is not a front group. A front group is, by definition, a group that hides its connection with another group. CCHR has said on its website, print, television & radio interviews that it was founded by the Church of Scientology in 1969. We made that point very clear and spread it far and wide.

They have been very helpful in investigating and exposing psychiatric violations of human rights in the state of Florida. They work shoulder-to-shoulder with like-minded groups and individuals who share a common purpose to clean up the field of mental health.
