Programs: In 2014 christian care surprise acquired a parcel of land suitable for building a fellowship square community in surprise arizona. In 2016 christian care surprise finalized building plans and acquired financing to enable fellowship square surprise to begin construction. In december 2016, christian care began construction on fellowship square surprise. Campus logistics - 313 apartment homes on 14+ acres, fully gated community. Independent living - 255 apartment homes; 1 and 2-bed room floorplans with large community area including multiple dining rooms, activities area, pool, koi pond, prayer garden, dog run, pickle ball courts, bocce ball court and putting green. The main entrance to fellowship square surprise will be located on the far west boundary of the property, across the street from sam's club. Assisted living - 42 apartment homes, plus 16 suites of memory care, 1-bedroom and studio floor plans with large community area including two dining rooms, activities area and access to the campus amenities. The main entrance to the oasis assisted living will be located on the far east boundary of the property, on sarival road. Anticipated staff members - 80 fte; 20 ptefounded in 1979, the christian care companies began with 96 units of subsidized housing and a 60-bed nursing center on the phoenix campus. In addition, we provide assisted living services to up to 112 residents of our subsidized housing.
