I love volunteering with one·n·ten! Many opportunities exist to engage with the organization and support the community. If you have an ERG at your company, I highly recommend you reach out and schedule a day of service.

one·n·ten provides safe, affirming spaces for LGTBQ+ youth and young adults. I wish I had a one·n·ten when I was 11-24 years old. My husband and I love their fresh brunch!

As a former youth and current donor, I've seen the great services for LGBTQ+ youth they have brought to the community. Their passion for serving youth is present in all they do.

Thankful one n ten exists! So grateful that these amazing young people have a place that cares and makes them feel safe.

As a recent transplant to Phoenix, I'm extremely impressed by One-N-Ten. This is a well-run, well-respected, well-connected organization that is committed to supporting and affirming every part or of the LGBTQ+ community.

Amazing organization focused on LGBTQ+ youth. They focus on on making sure youth are housed (40% of youth who are homeless were kicked out for coming out), so they can get back into school and complete their education. They also provide the resources needed to support LGBTQ+ youth from whereever they are with satellite organizations throughout Arizona. The strength of the team has meant that they have become the model for supporting LGBTQ+ youth throughout the United States.

This organization provides essential, high-quality services to queer youth throughout our communities. I am so grateful.

one.n.ten is an incredibly vibrant organization that uplifts the LGBTQ+ community of Arizona. They create inclusive environments that encourage growth and wonderful opportunities for connection and advancement. In all my interactions with their various staff members, I have been impressed by their expertise in their field along with genuine curiosity to continue learning.

One n ten has proven to be a lifeline for at risk youth through theirs numerous outreach programs. They have proved an extensive amount of opportunities for my child and other youth, from medical care, summer camp, advocacy, leadership, and most importantly affirming friendships amongst their peers and mentorship from positive adults.

I've never been more proud to support this fantastic organization. One.n.ten is an extremely important non-profit to these LGBTQ+ kids. Everyone deserves a chance!

Moving to Phoenix 5 years ago, I looked for a nonprofit that focused on a core concern of mine, which is the LGBTQ+ youth, especially those living in a traditionally conservative states. When I came upon one n ten needless to say I was floored by what I experienced. Here was a non-profit organization, that not only had a mission to focus on LGBTQ+ youth...but actually stood behind that mission through programming, targeted services, health programs, a freaking awesome youth center, and much much more. Being so moved by this, I couldn't wait to get involved. That's when I was truly amazed, not only did this org exist and do some awesome things for the youth...they had the ear, eyes, and love of an entire community behind them. Everyone from the political & business leaders, to industry titans and your average Joe/Janes where engaged, involved and supporting this org wholeheartedly. It is truly amazing to see what one n ten has done, is doing, and the plans they have for the future of the LGBTQ+ youth program in Arizona. If you haven't learned about the unbelievable things this non-profit is doing, please do yourself and the youth a favor and check them out, support them and together, let's grow a better and brighter future for our youth!

One*n*ten helped my best friend's daughter (previously son) found her strength and voice. She has blossomed into an amazing young lady and I truly believe that One*n*Ten played a significant role in her transition. They allowed her to feel comfortable with her true self and introduced her to individuals that shared similar experiences and stories. This amazing group encouraged her to be proud of who she is and who she will become. Our community and youth would be lost without One*n*Ten.

one n ten is a phenomenal organization that creates programming to help our LGBTQ+ youth. I've been impressed with this organizational impact, its leadership and strategy to continue to serve this group to help create inclusive spaces for these youth to thrive and impact the world around them, their programming is vital in the areas of work development, housing and educational resources. one n ten's support further's our community's acceptance of diversity and inclusion and makes this world a brighter and better place. I'm encouraged about the future with more organizations bringing the world together and helping to create more understanding and support for all of our community members.

I had the privilege of not only attending but designing some of the sponsorship materials for the One•N•Ten brunch a couple years ago. It was an amazing event! So uplifting and inspiring and I was so grateful to be apart of it.

I learned about one•n•ten a little over six years ago when I moved to Phoenix from a small town. As a young LGBTQ professional, I was drawn to the organization's mission to empower youth through programs that promote self‐expression, acceptance, leadership, and healthy life choices. As I became rooted in Phoenix and its surrounding communities, the breadth of one•n•ten's impact became more and more evident to me. one•n•ten, its leaders, youth and volunteers have built a supportive local community that protects, educates, and fosters wonderful people to dream and thrive. Thank you for all that you do!

Leading the way, the right way, the right people, for the right reasons! The work this nonprofit does, the services, the partnerships, the teachings, the inspiration, the promise for the youth and community is truly unprecedented. Even in times of our current pandemic, the leaders of this organization didn't miss a beat in making sure the youth they serve continued to receive what they needed. Simply amazingly impressive!

Since moving to AZ five years ago, I have been a supporter of onenten. Their work is second to none, serving LGBTQ youth across a broad spectrum of programs and services. In addition, their leadership within the broader community engagement network expands the organizations reach even further, serving as an example and working in tandem with like-minded organizations. Lives of youth in our community are better because of onenten and I would encourage others to support this one of a kind organization.

Before one-n-ten my son was withdrawn, struggling, and alone (peer wise). Last year my son went to camp and had an amazing experience. He talked for months about friends and all the things he was able to do. He kept those friends and still talks with them even now that we are a year out, even hangs out with local friends when possible.
The weekly group, the christmas event, and just having people available for questions or to chat have been such a great resource for my son.
Now, my son is thriving, he has a peer group he adores, he is social, he is vocal, and he wouldn't be doing this well without all of the help, love, and support that one-n-ten has provided.
Truly an amazing group of people who are doing wondrous things in the LGBTQ+ community.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to volunteer with one n ten for a couple of months in 2018. It was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life for a few reasons–
The youth that come to one n ten are unbelievable. They are so resilient, so curious and so full of love and strength. It was more than evident how much they respected the staff members and how comfortable they felt at the space.
The programming one n ten runs is inclusive, educational and fun, and I was impressed by how engaged youth participants were in the games and activities offered.
The staff members are some of the most compassionate and creative folks I’ve had the pleasure to know and their care for the youth at one n ten shines through in everything they do.

If you’re looking for an organization to support, I cannot recommend a better one than one n ten.
