Mission: To promote and enhance the city of chicago as a premiere destination for domestic and international visitors. Programs are managed by the department of cultural affairs and supported by the fund to provide exposure to the city's architectural landscape, diverse multi-ethnic communities and the performing, visual and public arts. Their activities are intended to improve the economic vitality and quality of life in the city.
