Programs: * to provide 24-hour care in a home-like environment for 10 hiv-infected orphaned or abandoned children in constanta, romania who have mental and/or physical handicaps that prevent them from being able to live independently and from being able to be placed in foster homes. * to oversee approximately 20 other hiv-infected orphaned or abandoned children who were placed in foster homes. * to provide support to the foster families and make sure the children are getting good medical and dental care and schooling, and vocational training when appropriate.
