Mission: The organization's mission is to protect in perpetuity the important natural, agricultural, scenic, historic lands, and the water resources and riparian areas in central colorado including lake, chaffee, fremont, saguache and park counties.
Programs: The porganization holds conservation easements with public benefit on over 4,000 acres. Holds fee title to two properties open for public use. Restored 2200 linear feet of the sounth arkansas river, restored 24-acre wet meadow, helped five ranchers and three state wildlife areas with lsnd stewardship. Provided six public programs for members and the community. Conducted restoration alonmg the salida trail system.
