* First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to both of you for inviting my husband, Pastor Joe, and me to the Church Planter Training. We were deeply touched by your generosity and hospitality. Thank you for providing us with a beautiful and cozy guest room and for lovingly serving us three wonderful meals each day throughout our stay. This Church Planter Training was, in one word, AWESOME. One of the greatest blessings for me was that Pastor Carlos personally translated the training materials into Korean. Because of that, I was able to fully understand the teaching and receive each lessons. Carlos generously shared many stories and lessons from his years of church planting experience. Those testimonies brought the curriculum to life and helped me understand not only the principles but also the practical realities of ministry. For me, it was like receiving living water in a dry land. The wisdom and insight that I desperately needed for our church planting journey.

My experience with this nonprofit "What is Beauty?" in the book Mosaic that they published has been really good. One reason it has been really good is because I see a lot of criticism for people's skin color very often just like in the nonprofit and I feel like it is very important for kids to learn about it because it can teach them about racism and how it's not right. I also really enjoyed it because not only have I seen racism happen to other people, but I have also experienced it myself and I enjoyed seeing how the girl in "What is Beauty" face criticism and instead of being discouraged she decided to look at her skin in a more positive way which is something I really liked. Those are some reasons why I like this nonprofit because they published this story,"What is Beauty" in Mosaic. Thank you

At a young age, before I discovered the work of Life of Learning, I did not know that I could take life differently. I was living an accidental life. I was wondering what was the purpose of all these ups and downs, for example I could feel a depression coming up ahead of time, but I could not do anything about it. Now my life is completely different; what you learn, you keep forever; it's an ongoing process. It becomes fun learning more about yourself.

I received hats and beanies and absolutely love them. There's nothing to make you feel loved more than beanies made by volunteers hands. All the love sewed into them makes you feel like you got a big hug and support. Thankyou so much for all you do for cancer patients.

After being saved and serving at local churches for 22 years, God finally released me and my family to the international mission field. I always assumed this moment would come with lots of support from the church we launched from, but surprisingly, we have found that to not be the case. However, Teisa and Jean came to my mind when I felt alone. I reached out to them and received inmediate encouragement and support vía Zoom calls. They have provided us with experienced counsel, prayer, and encouragment. They have helped us to try to see things from God's perspective instead of the perspective of comparison. They encourage us to keep fighting the good fight. We love them and appreciate them so much.

had great experience with VIN . I was able to develop various skills such as my communication, presentation skills . Also I experienced development in my qualities such as empathy, understanding and listening. I was able to help people with knowledge I had and they were really happy.I felt great about it . Also I was able to meet many people and learned a lot things with them . Overall I am really happy of my experience and encourage others to join.

Children of Persia does truly meaningful work. Their support for families in crisis, educational services, assisting children in need—covering essentials like housing, food, and medical care—makes an immediate and real difference. I’m especially impressed that nearly all funds go directly to helping those in need, with almost no administrative costs. A trustworthy and highly impactful charity.

I had the fortunate opportunity to become a student of Kieth Withmore who was a member of this group in the 1970’s he taught me an internal exercise that I continue to do even now. Kieth started his own group which sadly failed & Kieth moved to Oregon where he passed away. So I hold the Gurdjieff Foundation in high regard for indirectly having such a positive experience effecting my Inner Work. Roy Yates who was also my mentor was a member of the San Francisco Gurdjieff Foundation tho I lost contact with him after a phone call due to his being in a group home for the elderly. That was in 1998. Being in the Fellowship of Friends in 1971-72 was the real eye opener for possibilities in the Work.

The Atlas Society (TAS) is the premier organization worldwide supporting the ideas of Ayn Rand and her revolutionary philosophy of Objectivism. Through its skillful use of social media, TAS has introduced Rand's ideas to millions of young people. TAS is ushering in a new intellectual Renaissance that will save Western civilization.

This is an incredible organization with many amazing programs that support neighbors facing food insecurity over multiple counties in north central Indiana. I am one of many volunteers at the Fresh Market in Lafayette where neighbors can “shop” for their groceries. It’s a great place where neighbors are always treated with dignity, empathy, and fun.

Sarahs fight for hope has consistently provided our clinic with amazing support. They have been integral in granting small dreams for our patients through their Sparkle of Hope program. Additionally, their financial support to our patients and their families has made a tremendous impact by assisting with payments for mortgage, rent, car insurance, etc. Knowing this help is available to them has made all the difference to families traveling through a really dark place.

My experience as a donor with the Shirley Chisholm Cultural Institute has been enlightening. I've learned valuable information about social justice and civil rights. The institute’s innovative programs are great because they build strong interactions with the community. I appreciate how the SCCI helps to keep Congresswoman Chisholm’s legacy alive as an inspiration for future generations. I think it's important to support and donate to this organization that is making a difference in the interest of a greater good.

Pj is soo nice and caring and kind I love her already she is a great person along with shelly too they both are amazing people and have the hearts of gold I can’t wait to help out more and do more volunteering I’m excited !

Our family has been involved with The Arc of Iowa, as well as the national and a local chapter. The Arc has been a partner with us for nearly 5 decades. It is a non profit that focuses its mission on helping every citizen with a disability live a full life. Without The Arc our daughter would not have enjoyed supports, advocacy and relationships that are so essential to every human being. The Arc also enables we, as family, to learn ways to improve services, connect to other families and to use our voices to make life better - for everyone. Since 1953 The Arc of Iowa has assisted, individuals, families and the general population to be more informed about disabilities, best practices and how we all have a place in the community. I am proud to serve on this board and to see the success of many individuals as they use new acquired skills and learn they have great possibilities in their home and community.

The MayaGold Foundation is a wonderful organization. As a YAT (youth action team) member, I’ve participated in various events, such as highway cleanup and setting up giving libraries. I’ve loved working with them to make my community a better place and helping to fix the stigma around mental health.

A member of A Lotta Love (ALL) for 10 years, I have seen firsthand the impact this organization has had on transforming homeless shelters across North Carolina. As a psychologist, I understood the life-changing impact that improving one's physical space could have on the psychological well-being of its residents. Through using trauma-informed design, ALL is able to do far more than just create beautiful and dignified spaces for homeless residents to live in, they are able to provide a home where people can move through and past the trauma of homelessness and experience psychological healing. Dino and everybody at the national debate and speech association made us feel so comfortable and so welcome. They were able to help take us and the high school to another level. They were constantly warm, professional, an expert in the field. I have no idea what we do without them. Our son has become stronger and more effective because of this organization. We can’t say enough how much we appreciate the abilities and the care and concern of the folks at this group. Also shout out to their technology. Nabweru Community Initiative For Youth Empowerment ltd (NCIYE) is A Non-Governmental Organization operating at grass root levels. The organization was founded by University Graduates passionate about giving back to the communities where they are born and grew up from as our Corporate Social responsibility as well as uplifting the wellbeing of the communities. Having grown up in a remote environment where we shared water with animals, elder men raped young girls, HIV/AIDS which is still rampant has left many orphans, education was poor, forced marriages and a lot of unemployment among the youths. It upon this background that we thought it to establish a NON-Governmental Organization which we started in 2022 and it was legally registered as a non-governmental organization, under NGO Board statute of 1989, with reg: 80020003555453. For the past years, the organization operated in Wakiso District Central Uganda under five thematic areas such as, Youth Advocacy, Water and Sanitation, HIV/AIDS, Children/Orphans and Entrepreneurship education, climate change ,Agriculture. <br>Nabweru Community Initiative For Youth Empowerment ltd fundamental strategy is to empower our communities to take up charge of their own development. NCIYE serves in Wakiso District with Development Programmes. Over 1,000 community members have benefited from NCIYE Programs. NCIYE has diverse membership, youths, illiterates, un schooled, married and un married those with dependants and those without, administrators, locals from all sorts of religious background. All working within harmony for a common purpose to uplift their living standards. <br>Our organizational skills, accurate record keeping, ability to administer and address the concerned target youths’ groups, we have carried sensitization drives on HIV/AIDS awareness among the Youths and the community at large and we have created up peer to peer educators through youth volunteering. We have carried out numerous Youths seminars and workshops on income generating activities like tailoring training, black smith ( Crafts and shoes works) ,builders, candle making ,soap making, mechanics, art and craft, carpentry, Brick laying concrete and practice, gardening skills and computer trainings, elevation for success in both male and female dominated activities has made us a leading light for other similar groups that wish to be given accompaniment and capacity to address issues Health thematic areas we handle things like HIV/AIDS general awareness: <br>Youths The operations of the organization are reflected in the fields of creating HIV/AIDS awareness,COVID19 Recovery programs, reproductive health and provision of prevention materials to the youth majorly those above 20years of age. Provision of safe water among others, with particular attention to people aged 10-45 years. We do consoling, testing and critically look at hard to tackle cases for referral. It’s also our culture at (NCIYE) that peer educators in all the intervention thematic areas are priority; this keeps us in cycle of training for a better results. <br>Advocacy for child protection, according to the statistics from our local authorities, over 50% of the children in the district are denied access to education, food, and housing and among others. These as a result of not only the government being not in position to consider them in their planning strategies, but also the parents not being in position of supporting them due unemployment levels in the district. Some children are neglected because of the infected with HIV/AIDS and this really tremendously affected the future generation in our area. <br>Capacity building, among the youths in the areas of entrepreneurship and financial literacy Service delivery advocacy and accessibility: In this thematic area, we all aim at reaching out to the authorities and other international bodies to see that the people of Kiboga district are accessed with safe water and which is sustainable all the time. <br>Entrepreneurship Skills <br>We do conduct with a specific aim of providing entrepreneurial skills to youths, the motivational, innovative, and creative and start up training workshops. The youths were equipped with necessary skills on how to start up income generating activities like tailoring, art and craft, soap and candle making, production of sanitary pads for both girls and women and paper bags making among others. <br>All the above intervention are constantly implemented at NCIYE and since 2019, we have been providing all the above services to the communities in Wakiso, so far this our 5year with the versatile experience addressing these issues. <br>

Sundy I went to the Building Up Lives Foundation for food.. <br>I appreciate everyone who volunteers.. <br><br>This is not for u.. <br>This foundation is supposed to be a non profit organization.. but makes a big deal about the ppl coming for help to donate.. and blast it all on their page.. annoying and very unprofessional.. To see some one donate and get yelled at like a child from the organizer about grabbing a mask and putting money in the donation thing that they put there for donations.. she was put on "time out" and let others go in front of her.. she asked when she can go in and a different woman comes out pulls her to the side an pretty much told her she cant get food for not listening to rules... and she donated... <br><br>Its extremely sad that this is supposed to be a non profit and all they do is mistreat the ppl they say their helping.. blast that all these ppl came and took and no one donations money.. then to accused the woman of stealing on social media to make herself look good and get praise and ppl giving their ahh.. wow ppl can be so ungrateful.. their rude and crazy.. I'm not saying no crazy ppl or angry ppl come but u cant treat EVERYONE that way.. u should be humble and greet the less fortunate with respect... and that's how respect does both ways.. no one should have to endure being treated like a child just for help.. <br><br>I've spent my life pretty much going to food pantries for help and NEVER, NEVER!! once in my life have I seen ppl coming for help and being mistreated.. talked about online by others.. asking the ppl they help to bring donations... <br><br>This foundation is extremely unprofessional and I will be finding another food pantry that doesnt act like were in a jail to get help.. one that wont talk about the ppl they help.. <br><br>I will be finding a way for report this behavior and asking for money to get food to the irs.. julie she go to anger management and go to school for hospitality cuz she thinks yell at adults is okay.. I'm not the first to see it.. even to have another volunteer tell to not say anything on my mind or I cant get food.. <br><br>I was so appalled.. this is why I never go HERE for help.. to get help I have to submit to being treated like a child.. I will be going to Emanuel house food bank and the oasis church food bank or any other food bank out there.. atleast I'll be treated with respect and not being yelled at like a child.

Greatest thrift shop in the Reno-Sparks area and the volunteers deserve a GREAT THANK YOU for all they do the keep the shop, organized, fair prices and are friendly to see smiles on their faces. This is hard work and look forward to shopping in my favorite shop; even though it is a distance from my home, it is worth the drive to shop. I love Project Hawaii! A few years ago our family was struggling during the holiday season and our daughter was totally fine without a present. Somehow there were two elves who showed up and gifted her a present from Santa! Thank you Project Hawaii for loving on our daughter without judgement.
