This organization, Calif. Lake Mangement Society, or CALMS, is a gathering of lake or reservoir professionals who meet at least annually to share problems, solutions and plan for educational seminars and scholarships to enhance understanding of lakes and limnology in the California, Nevada and Arizona region.
