Mission: Founded in 1989, Quetzales hope to improve on cultural awareness and education through an entertaining and physically beneficial medium: dance. Membership is open to all members of El Paso, Tx and Cd. Juarez, Chih, Mexico. Membership allows folks to learn about Mexican folk dance and to contribute to our communities while performing for schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations.
