Mission: AIDSail's mission is to turn the rising tides of HIV infection among women and children in rural coastal communities with limited access to medical care. AIDSail works with communities to develop gender appropriate and culturally relevant tools and resources that will assist women and men to build a sustainable community based solution to reducing HIV infection, and linking women to regional networks of womens organizations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, in addition to helping communites build sustainable economic development programs in aquaculture and other areas and reducing domestic violence.
