Mission: The organization supports the professional and personal growth of women from the nation's military academies and officer development programs.
Programs: E-mentor leadership program - the e-mentor program is implemented through a state-of-the-art ementor website which pairs proteges with mentors for one-on-one, email-based mentoring relationships. Over 30,000 women have been invited to participate in this program, which was made possible by funding from the u. S. Navy and private donations.
career coaching and professional development - workshops and programs are offered to provide professional development opportunities, discussions and resources for members to assist them in achieving success through all stages of their careers.
