Our counselor was Pedro Padilla, and he was excellent! In addition to presenting all data in a very precise and understandable fashion, he was patient with our questions, thorough in his responses, and had a very kind and subtly humorous demeanor. He walked us through our options, rights and responsibilities. Our counseling session was not only informative, it was enjoyable!
