I’ve read many books on leadership and attended trainings in the past. This training stood out for me because it helped me realize an important factor… instead of being the leader I want to be, I need to become the leader my team/department needs me to be. This training provided me with tools I was able to utilize immediately. I’m hoping all Directors within Copa have an opportunity to complete this training!
