Review for Peta Investigations and Rescue Foundation, Norfolk, VA, USA
I love PETA. People that whine about them having a high kill rate have never actually rescued or adopted a dog or any other animal from a shelter. From what I've noticed, people that spread rumors that "PeTa KiLLs aNiMaLs" are usually breeders or people that buy from breeders.
