Horrible experiences again and again. No phone communication. You need to sit by your computer for hours for their chat. No email. We purchased a copy of Office 365 from them. It downloads but doesn't authenticate. It also erased our copy of Office 2019, so we had to purchase a retail copy to be able to work. Their support has a noncaring attitude. Between them and Microsoft I have spent more than four hours on the phone or in chat. It's not worth the time and aggregation. It's just easier to purchase a retail copy for a children's charity.
