I can't get the instructions right I am a disabled veteran 68yo female with cognitive function problems. The constant registering procedure is too confusing for me to follow. I have missed out on the last two and will miss again this month due to not understanding procedure . I live 45miles away and have waited twice for up to three hours only to be turned away . Edit it is now November and she has lost her Mother and Husband recently due to long term illnesses. She cared for both of them by her self for 20yrs and 3 yrs respectfully. She now only gets One meal a day 5 days a week from HENRY COUNTY MEALS ON WHEELS.

I don't know how this happened again . Last time I thought it was circumstances, this time I checked every day twice a day morning and evening the notice to register was dated 12/6 yet it wasn't there yesterday. . IT only showed up today 12/9. Both list and wait list full. Wth? Visiting AID VA.
HOW IS THIS HAPPENING AGAIN?
