The ASD Foundation provided our nonverbal son with an iPad. My family is forever grateful because this iPad is now his communication device. We were struggling to find ways to help him communicate his wants and needs. Thanks to ASDF, we were able to try a different approach to see if it makes a difference. Our son is able to carry around his iPad that has his communication app which was recommended by his speech therapist. He is working hard to communicate with us by the tap of a button. We are thankful for ASDF for assisting our family, as we were unable to afford an iPad for our son. Thanks ASDF!
