As an educator at Tzu Chi Education Foundation for the past few months, I can't even begin to express the fulfillment and joy this experience has brought into my life. Working in an environment that promotes not only academic excellence but also compassion, empathy, and global awareness is truly refreshing.

The staff and volunteers here are more like a family; we share a common goal to make a positive impact in the lives of our students and the community. Our curriculum is holistically designed to foster personal growth in the children, and it’s incredible to see them thrive both academically and morally. The way their eyes light up when they understand a new concept or when they excitedly share their experiences in practicing kindness is nothing short of heartwarming.

Moreover, the Life Science Garden has been an astonishing addition to our programs. Our students learn the importance of sustainability and agriculture by actively participating in planting and tending the garden. I have seen firsthand how these activities have positively influenced their understanding and appreciation of the environment.

Tzu Chi Education Foundation has also been a place of personal growth for me. Through various programs and the support of my colleagues, I have developed my skills and knowledge in education. But most importantly, the values and principles that Tzu Chi embodies have profoundly influenced my perspective on life.

To be able to play a role in shaping the future citizens of the world and being part of a team that truly cares about making a difference is an honor. I am extremely proud to be a part of the Tzu Chi family.
