ASDF is providing my daughter who communicates with an AAC device much needed private swim lessons. She is a huge risk of elopement and doesn’t speak verbally so this is not only a life saving skill that she will learn, but she loves the water so it is a form of therapy for her as well! We are so grateful for the funding as without it, we wouldn’t be able to afford it between the x2 daily copays 5 days a week for her other therapies and insurance premium on top of that. So thank you ASDF for making my life a little bit easier this year and safer for the rest of hers! We can’t wait to report back and let you know how she is doing in her lessons!
