Pound Hounds is a great rescue group. My latest rescue, Luigi, came from Pound Hounds. He was scheduled to be killed on 7/21 at the NY ACC. Pound Hounds saved him! He’s now with me in upstate New York and shares his home with another rescue, Daffy. My only complaint is that I have very little room to sleep, as evidenced by the attached pictures.

Horseracing Wrongs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the use of these intelligent, social and majestic creatures for $2 bets. They organize peaceful protests to help betting customers understand the true devastating nature of horse racing. It’s inspirational to see the leaders of this organization give their unwavering support to give horses a voice in an effort to end the loneliness, pain, suffering and untimely death, occurring right on the race track, of these magnificent animals.
