Review for For The Love Of Alex Inc, Bethlehem, PA, USA
Our lives are so much better ever since we contacted 'For the Love of Alex'. You are all Angels answering our prayers! They were so compassionate about our situation with Finn, our kitten with painful entropion eyes and necrotic eye tissue that would have caused him to go blind. We were so stressed, already heartbroken by our other beloved cat passing away recently, and financially overwhelmed.
I found 'For the Love of Alex' online and as soon as we submitted our application, this wonderful and caring group immediately started helping us.
I was a stressed out kitty mama and 'For the Love of Alex' Group really helped me feel like we can get through this. And we did!!! Carla is such a sweet heart and works diligently to make sure everything was going well.
We were finally able to schedule Finn's surgery appointment and right before his surgery, they paid for the whole thing! We couldn't have done that ourselves but 'FTLOA' made it happen.
They even kept in contact after Finn's surgery, while he was recuperating, helping us get through it along the way. It was very comforting to know they cared, letting us feel like we weren't alone going through this stressful time.
Finn is now a perfectly healthy, big floppy boy! He's so loving and grateful to be pain-free and not wearing his collar anymore. LOL All thanks to 'For the Love of Alex'!!!
This experience taught me that there really are wonderful and caring organizations that truly do help people and their beloved fur babies in desperate need.
To us, we received a beautiful gift from this non-profit group and will always cherish this experience. I believe in paying this experience forward, and when we can help others, we will share the love bestowed upon us by 'FTLOA'.
Btw Finn is turning 1 yr old tomorrow (8.14.2022).
