Frankie and Andy’s Place has amazing people who care for terminal dogs if all shapes and sizes. The people truly love the dogs. They provide the absolute best care, home-made food and, a comfy place for these formally neglected dogs to live the rest of their days. The teamwork and dedication of the staff is undeniable upon first glance. I love love love the dogs and the hearts that care for them!
