Review for Soldiers' Angels, San Antonio, TX, USA
I joined SA in January of 2011 in order to accomplish three things. To help improve my sense of self, to help my daughter, who is 5, learn that there is more to life than her stuffed animals and toys, and to support our troops.
This organization does more than I could ever have imagined. When I joined, I had no idea just how many different teams and specialities there were for volunteers to join. Each has a specific purpose, and they do their jobs diligently. I am so very proud to be a part of this organization. They are the best there is.
The support for the volunteers ("Angels") is excellent. Instructions are specific, and the moral support is awesome.
Soldiers' Angels has helped me with all three of my goals. I have found a greater sense of self and service, I support the troops, and my daughter loves to come home and color a picture for our adopted soldiers when she gets home instead of playing with her toys.
I will be an Angel until the world has found total and complete peace and beyond...

I will agree with one of the other commenters that having communication with each state leader to let them know when new Angels have joined would be a plus. I don't even know if there IS a leader in my state.
