For folks in the property re-development business, or a property owner considering a substantial renovation, Second Chance provides a cost-effective internal demolition alternative. Their crews take care of business without much hassle from the property owners. They do listen to you for detailed instructions and always do the right thing for you.

Also, they provide a great venue for recycling your furniture. We had donated the furniture from this room and were pleased to see that it was efficiently sold through Second Chance warehouse to be reused somewhere else.
