I didn't serve so I was always looking for ways to support. A coworker told me about Soldiers Angels and how much she was able to give (in so many different ways) and I was sold. I signed up for the Letter Writing Team (because everyone likes getting snail mail!) and Deployed Adoption and later joined the Special Operation Forces team and Women of Valor to provide some much needed cheer to the long-term supporters at home.
