Hello!!!
My name is Mel. I found out my daughter had autism around three years old. I would say I was waiting. Maybe you could say in denial. It truly has been a hard road. My daughter is my oldest and I have a two year old and a one year old as well. Their father couldn’t handle a family so he left. I discovered The Autism Spectrum Disorder foundation through my moms group for children on the spectrum. They have been such a blessing to my family. Just by giving my daughter an iPad that will help her with speech. She is nonverbal… and I pray one day I will hear “mama” come from her lips. Money is tight because I’m doing this alone. This means so much. Especially in our current times where there are a lot of people in need. From the bottom of my heart I thank this foundation for their giving hearts. Thank you, thank you!!
