Review for Soldiers' Angels, San Antonio, TX, USA
The Englewood, CO giveaway is absolutely Incredible. The volunteers every month absolutely rock. They help so many Veterans here in the Denver area. I've been going for 6 months now to this location. Every time I'm amazed at the generosity of all who donate the food, their time, and commitment to put a smile on all faces that attend. The Denver Soldiers Angels Branch is AWESOME!!! We got to meet Jacquelyn Smith from your San Antonio office on March 5th, 2021 at the Denver location, and she was such an Awesome Lady to chat with. Thanks for all you do Jackie. Also want to give a shout out to GINA who volunteers in Denver she is such an Incredible lady, and does an outstanding job. Also Dan who takes the time to make Masks for everyone who comes every month. Thank you Gina, and Dan, and all the volunteers in Denver who make this such an enjoyable event to attend.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Have volunteers check for spoiled, rotten, or way out of date food as they are packing the bags, and boxes before handing them out to Veterans. Every month we have gotten a little of each. While it is easy to dispose of those when you get home there is nothing worse then getting spoiled food, rotten fruit, and or vegetables as you are unpacking your food.
Thank you for your service! We are happy to hear that the Denver MFD has been such a good experience for you. It is our honor to serve our veterans and we look forward to the opportunity to give back to you. We will definitely look into the volunteer who has been rude and do our best to recitfy that situation. Apologies that you experienced that.
