This was our first (and hopefully only) time ever being faced with the need to utilize a program like this. We are normally on the other end of it. So it is safe to say, our pride was a little tattered when we finally decided to apply. This program was truly a godsend. From the ease of the application to being matched up (or technically chosen by) and angel, it was an incredible experience. Our angel went above and beyond to make this Christmas an amazing one for our boys. She listened and understood and never once judged our situation. She is truly an angel on Earth and I hope to continue to stay in touch with her going forward. Erin was exactly the 'Santa' my family needed to end the terrible year of 2020.
