2020 was such a tough, hard year for so many. My work team and I felt blessed that we were able to remain employed throughout the pandemic. Each year around the holidays we typically do some giving project, but wanted to do more this year. We found Soldiers' Angels on the internet, did some research, and eventually adopted a large family (9 members) the immediately got to work. Each day we were overwhelmed with the generosity and to complete the wish list and add to it made our hearts swell. In the end we received a beautiful picture and note from the family expressing their gratitude. It was a wonderful experience and plan to keep this as an annual event. I have also signed up for a few other projects such as the cards for service members.
