...ASDF has been quite the embrace for our family, year after year- my luv has autism, that is so often accompanied with self injurious behaviors- there’s a psychological aspect of pain that I’m not sure many people are aware of, or even acknowledge- so when you have organizations like ASDF that extends so much, so often; there’s a sense of “you are not alone” that is felt, and its magnitude is beyond words- thank you, thank you, and thank you for embracing our family as much as you do- you are truly the rainbow that follows the storm-
