Many people have lost their jobs during the COVID 19 pandemic, making life harder to live. Some people have struggled to put warm food on the table every day. The situation inspired our team to join "A place called Home" for the family resource depot program, and we are glad to be a part of it. We contacted Ann Stacy, the organization's volunteer manager, who was warm, friendly, and supportive throughout our experience. We thoroughly enjoy our time at "a place called home."
I’m happy that we found this organization for they bring so much joy to the people who live in that area. Many families receive support from everything ranging from weekly food bags to comic books and art supplies all while staying safe at home. I think it is incredible that I can help people during this time.
