Review for Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, North Hills, CA, USA
The shelter at 7702 Van Nuys Blvd, Van Nuys California is managed by the devil. Not once in 8 days had any case managers ask if we had any medical issues. My 19 year old son has generalized seizures. He could have a seizure and not wake up, management said it was not their responsibility to make other staff aware of his condition. They use latex gloves. I have a rash on both my arms because they never asked if I have any allergies. They have poor sanitation practices. They let people break rules under their noses. Not one person has food safety training. They don't let dogs bark, it is frowned upon. They forced abstainance upon ny legal husband and I. The list goes on and on. I would not send ny enemies there. They are evil.
