Fortunately I have never been in a position where I've had to ask for help from For the Love of Alex. However I have been a donor for years because I believe that their mission, what they do, is vitally important for pet families. Having recently dealt with a minor illness with one of my cats, I know that it's stressful enough having a sick or injured pet. Having the addition pressure of finances is too much to bear. For many people that financial burden becomes the ultimate deciding factor in their pets care, well-being, and sometimes their life. No one should have to face that.
