We are a family with 2 children on the spectrum. We are a low income family, and even though we get SSI for one of our kids, all our extra money goes to medical bills and expenses not covered by insurance or SSI. Christmas was looking pretty grim this year.
Imagine my surprise when the mailman rings my doorbell and asked me to sign for an envelope. I was able to run out to Walmart today and make Christmas happen for my boys and I am SO grateful.
