CRH fills an absolutely critical role in the region by providing shelter, care, services, and hope to abused and neglected youth who often have no where else to turn. I am honored to serve on its board of directors.

The Receiving Home fills a critical need by providing a refuge to abused and neglected youth in the Sacramento region. The agency's dedicated staff are unsung heroes who make a profound difference with the work they do.

It's hard to imagine a nonprofit in the Sacramento region doing more worthwhile and critically needed work - taking in youth who, having experienced abuse and neglect, have nowhere else to turn. CRH provides that safe place, as it has for the last 75 years. Our community is immensely better for it and I am proud to serve on its board.
