I did not know the Mills family prior to Kailee’s accident but live close to them in the community. I have followed Kailee’s story and watched this foundation form from the beginning. Through grief and loss they have worked hard to promote seatbelt awareness. I can’t say enough about this incredible family and the foundation they have created.
