My husband was diagnoised with LC 6 years ago. I was so scared I thought it was a death sentence. I had nowhere to turn until I found Katie and Rick Brown's support webpage. It actually changed my life. There are so many people on there who are survivors and it they gave me such encouragment. And they are so knowledgable and helpful... My husband cancer came back 3 times. The last time he was treated with cyberknife and has been C free for 1 1/2 years the longest he has gone! It was LC help that introduced us to cyberknife... Katie and Rick to me are angels here on earth!! Also because LC is on the bottom of the list as far as funding, we joined Lungevity to help with awareness. We have been walking the South Jersey Heather Saler walk for 5 years now. We ourselves have raised over $20,000.00 over those 5 years. We are making a difference but we need VOLUNTEERS!!!
