Our organizations has been the beneficiary of the care and love shared by the Parrot Posse on a number of occasions.
Working in rescue is a daily struggle of making the pennies count, having a group like the posse that sends out toys, food and other needed items is a blessing, beyond blessings.
They show daily how you can take a lot of caring people who each contribute a little and pool it all together and can make a world of difference in the lives of others.
I just don't know that I even have enough words to express my continued gratitude for all they have done for not just the flock here at Soft Landings Parrot Rescue, but flocks all over the country.

I have visited Gilcrease twice. The sanctuary is clean and beautiful. The staff care deeply for the animals and their welfare.
They go above and beyond to make sure that the animals are well cared for, have enrichment.
They also offer educational events to the public. That outreach in educating improves the welfare of animals not in their care so that maybe they won't need sanctuary. That is priceless.
