I went to volunteer with my daughter in law at Frankie and Andys Place twice. It's such a loving and caring place for these senior dogs who most likely would have been euthanized in shelters. Most people going to adopt don't want to take on a senior dog and the problems that advancing age bring. I can tell you that these dogs are genuinely loved and well cared for. God bless Penny Miller and her wonderful volunteers!
