The person who answers emails/messages has their own ‘ego’ problem. They get little ‘jabs’ in at you basically blaming you for a pets injury. When you say you don’t appreciate the comments, they blatantly say to you that it’s your fault the animal is injured, tell you, you have an ‘ego’ problem (not the first time they have used the ego comment, see other complaints) and then block you from further communication (because they can’t handle criticism).
