Recognizing the national need for additional funds for lung cancer research, theyve joined forces with other organizations to effectively DOUBLE the amount that LUNGevity raises for research. An amazing grass-roots effort, with the soul of its organization being members of its community who have been impacted in some way by lung cancer. Knowing where your charitable contributions end-up is an important part of giving. With LUNGevity, I know that the money we raise for the foundation is used in the absolute best ways possible. You cant find that in many of the larger cancer charities that claim to "cure" cancer.
