DebtHelper did a great job, but I rated it 4 Stars because of the person I spoke with when I called to make the appointment. She did not exhibit good customer service skills and seemed rushed and bothered that she had to take my call. Her name is Kenslande JeanBart and she also failed to attached one of the documents I was to receive.

However, the next two employees were just the opposite. S. reyes emailed the missing document and was very helpful and professional. Alex Borge, the counselor who called me today, also was very professional, helpful and professional.
