DebtHelper staff members called me several times to be sure I was ready for the counseling session with Bill Messerschmidt. They were very clear about the information I needed to have at hand during my hour session with Bill in March 2017. He called on schedule and shared A LOT of facts and options while explaining the Reverse Mortgage process. All folks I talked to were polite and extremely helpful in the daunting process of understanding reverse mortgage loans and the process. They kept in touch with my advisor at the mortgage company and immediately faxed him the necessary papers for the process to move forward. I will definitely recommend this group to my friends.
