Review for Soldiers' Angels, San Antonio, TX, USA
I have been sending items of support to our troops since Desert Storm when my friends were being deployed. Now, twenty years later, I'm a little older and needed a vessel to be able to connect with & support our troops again. Through Soldier's Angels, I have been able to adopt troops to send regular items to and have also sent countless other troops packages of items they need, penpal type letters, and cards of encouragement & support. Sometimes I am even lucky enough to get a little thank you card back from them, which completely makes my day! Soldier's Angels is the vessel any proud patriotic American troop-supporter could benefit from! We 'angels' benefit because we have the satisfaction of knowing we are supporting those incredible individuals who selflessly sacrifice so much for us. I haven't joined the military but I can sure support & help those who have! I'm so grateful Soldier's Angels exists because, otherwise, I might not have been able to connect with and support all the troops that I have over the past few years. Any the staff of Soldier's Angels I've ever had dealings with has been absolutely fantastic, as well!
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I've made new friends & received so many thank you cards. Knowing they receive & appreciate items I send is rewarding to me. They can't usually respond, but I don't need them to. They need & deserve our support back home & SA makes this all possible!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Receiving feedback from the troops whom I have send support to.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Help provide more support to those members of our military who are courageously serving our country in foreign lands, so far from home.
