CS Inc and its Founder/President/Leader, Dr. Ashley John are very unique facets of the St. Vincent & the Grenadines landscape and by extension the Caribbean region. Dr. Ashley John is one of COESL's extremely valuable partners and one of GEN Caribbean's Founder and Board member. CS Inc bats way above its weight and Dr. John, despite the challenges is creative, imaginative and moves boldly with HUGE dreams and aspirations, not just for himself but the entrepreneurs he serves and the people he partners with. He is the epitome of excellence, valor and integrity. He strives to practice what he preaches and treat others the way he wants to be treated. He is service driven and he focuses on transformational leadership. His ongoing vision is to see resilient people with sustainable livelihoods in the Caribbean. CS Inc is definitely adding value and helping to change the entrepreneurship ecosystem for the better in SVG and the Caribbean. Thank you for all you do Dr. John.

OABI and its leader do work that builds people and stabilises a society. The type of work that Mrs. Alexander undertakes is the type of work that requires a heart of gold and a deep human touch. We have partnered with Mrs. Alexander over the years and we continue to support her work and her heart.

O.A.B.I. is led by a strong and action oriented, people loving woman. She is fierce in her passion to protect and serve the people she has been privileged to work with. This organization is very needed but requires, like so many other NGOs, numerous types of resources to ensure that their mandate is of excellent quality. I was privileged to conduct a leadership/entrepreneurship session with O.A.B.I. to expose the team and others to strategies for sustainability.
