Constructive Solutions headed by Dr. Ashley John has been instrumental in setting up programs in Grenada and the islands of the Grenadines. This organization has been the driving force ensuring that the sea moss industry was a success in training citizens, executing the actually farming plots of sea moss, harvesting and drying sea moss, and packaging and exporting it in order to create jobs. With his guidance and knowledge, the organization has helped to facilitate the development of sustainable businesses for many people on these islands. Kudos to him.

Ashley came into our little island of Bequia, saw an opportunity that can increase the livelihoods of the residents and decided to offer training. For about two years now he has trained and mentored myself and other residents on the island. His expertise, attention to detail and drive to see a project through has created a lasting impact.

My experience with Constructive Solutions has made this one of the very few reviews I ever give.

I decided to enter the EWC at the last minute in the idea stage and surprisingly made it to our local finals. Due to school, personal and work tasks, I was swamped and had little time to conceptualize the idea in its entirety and prepare for the business pitch. Even after a serious health issue that requires rest, Mr. Ashley John took the time to help me bring the idea together and believed in the business idea waaaaayyyyy more than myself!!

This was not revealed until about three days before the pitch and I felt bad for asking so many questions as it was all new to me, but he asked me to rest assure it was okay and he was fine. Even after the competition and him taking leave to better recuperate, Mr. John kept in contact and encouraged me to pursue my idea. I felt the compassion he has for what he does. I look forward to the continued guidance and support and meeting the rest of the team as we aim to fulfill this venture.

I cannot help but smile each time I think about how refreshing the genuine care and interest in youths and helping them build is.

I have gained a lot from being a Trainee/Entrepreneur from the number of workshops and Mentorship Training programs held by the Constructive Solutions Inc, it has given me more knowledge on how to use my skills and talents to further Sustain a livelihood for myself and to help develop my Community and Country.
