I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2012 and after surgery started my chemo regimen with Dr. Janicek at Arizona Oncology. What a blessing he and his staff have been. In early 2016 I was invited to attend a Tea Party at Face in the Mirror. I am not typically a social person, but did agree to give it a shot, hoping it would be a positive experience and not a 'Debbie Downer'! What a delightful experience!
It was a positive and upbeat atmosphere, a nice hand massage and a basket of lotions and potions plus a lovely luncheon served with beautiful smiling faces. Clearly this is something I look forward to attending . Recently 2 of my sisters. visited from out of state and attended with me. They were extremely impressed and loved the speakers as well. Face in the Mirror does good work for which I am so very grateful. Thank you. Connie
